Application
Explore our core polyurethane insulation solutions for industrial and project applications.
PVC composite pre-insulated pipes are mainly used for small-diameter hot spring water systems, air-source heat pump pipelines, and frost-protection water supply applications.
With a compact structure, excellent thermal insulation performance, and easy installation characteristics, these pipes are widely used in residential heating systems, energy-saving water circulation systems, and outdoor water supply projects where reliable heat preservation and protection are required.

Structure
A multi-layer structure designed for reliable steam transmission, efficient insulation, and long-term outdoor durability.

Inner Service Pipe
PPR, PE-RT II, or thin-wall stainless steel pipes are available according to application requirements.
PU Insulation Layer
Rigid polyurethane foam provides excellent insulation performance and reduces heat loss.
PVC Protective Layer
PVC outer casing provides protection against external damage and ensures long-term durability.

Advantages Over Traditional On-Site Insulation
Under identical temperature conditions, one temperature probe is placed inside the insulated pipe while the other remains exposed to the outside environment. Both probes are then placed in a freezer simultaneously to compare temperature changes and evaluate the insulation performance.

After 10 minutes in the freezer, the probe inside the insulated pipe shows no temperature change, while the exposed probe quickly drops to 0°C, demonstrating the excellent thermal insulation performance of the pipe.

After 30 minutes of freezing exposure, the temperature inside the insulated pipe remains stable, while the uninsulated pipe drops to -2°C, demonstrating the excellent heat preservation capability of the insulation system.

After 12 hours of freezing exposure, the insulated pipe maintains a temperature of 1°C, while the uninsulated pipe drops to -23°C, demonstrating outstanding long-term thermal insulation performance and cold resistance.

After 24 hours of continuous freezing exposure at -31°C, the temperature inside the insulated pipe remains at -8°C, demonstrating that the insulation layer significantly reduces heat transfer and provides reliable cold resistance performance.

Test Result Verification
After 24 hours under an extreme temperature environment of -31°C, the insulated pipe maintains an internal temperature of 1°C, while the exposed probe drops to -31°C.
This test proves the excellent thermal insulation performance of the pipe system, ensuring that water inside the pipe remains protected from freezing even in cold environments around -20°C.
