Excellent Thermal Insulation Performance
The product adopts a rigid polyurethane (PU) insulation layer structure, effectively reducing heat loss and improving energy efficiency during pipeline operation.
Easy Installation & Construction
The exposed length at both ends of the pre-insulated pipe is 150–250 mm, facilitating alignment and welding during on-site installation.
Field-joint insulation can be completed using prefabricated insulation shells or on-site casting.
The insulation for pipe fittings is factory-prefabricated.
Excellent Weather Resistance
The galvanized steel sheet used for the outer protective casing features a corrosion-resistant zinc coating, allowing long-term outdoor exposure without corrosion.
This product uses galvanized steel sheet instead of a conventional polyethylene outer casing, preventing the aging problems associated with prolonged outdoor exposure of polyethylene.
The outer casing offers excellent structural strength. Its spiral-formed galvanized steel construction provides strong overall bending resistance and favorable stress distribution at the seams.
Long Service Life
The three-layer structure fully protects the service pipe and insulation layer. With a galvanized anti-corrosion outer layer, the pipe system can achieve a service life of up to 30 years under normal operating conditions.
