Polyurethane pipe shells are rigid foam insulation sections designed for thermal insulation, cold insulation, anti-condensation, and energy-saving pipeline projects.
They are widely used for heating pipes, chilled water pipes, refrigeration pipelines, HVAC systems, industrial process pipes, cold storage systems, and building service pipelines.
WanFu polyurethane pipe shells can be supplied in two-piece, three-piece, or multi-segment structures according to pipe diameter and insulation thickness. The segmented structure helps improve installation accuracy, reduce gaps, and provide stable insulation around the pipe surface.
The pipe shells can be supplied as bare PU foam, aluminium foil facing, ALU-clad covering, mesh-ALU facing, or customized surface protection according to project requirements.

Low Thermal Conductivity
Rigid polyurethane foam helps reduce heat loss in hot pipelines and cold loss in chilled water or refrigeration systems.
Closed-cell Foam Structure
The closed-cell structure helps improve moisture resistance and reduce condensation risk in cold insulation applications.
Wide Size Range
WanFu supplies polyurethane pipe shells from DN15 to DN1400, covering small HVAC pipes, medium industrial pipelines, and large-diameter project pipelines.
Custom Insulation Thickness
Standard insulation thickness ranges from 20mm to 250mm depending on pipe diameter. Custom thickness can be produced according to project drawings or thermal calculation requirements.
Optional Surface Facing
Available options include bare PU foam, aluminium foil facing, ALU-clad covering, mesh-ALU facing, or customized protective layers.
Matching Fittings
WanFu can supply matching tee sections, 45° elbows, 90° elbows, reducers, and customized insulation fittings.
