Polyurethane spray foam machines are designed for two-component PU foam spraying, foaming, filling, and insulation construction.
The equipment mixes component A and component B at a fixed ratio, heats the materials through the heating system, delivers them through heated hoses, and sprays them through a high-pressure spray gun to form rigid polyurethane foam on site.
WanFu polyurethane pipe shells can be supplied in two-piece, three-piece, or multi-segment structures according to pipe diameter and insulation thickness. The segmented structure helps improve installation accuracy, reduce gaps, and provide stable insulation around the pipe surface.
These machines are widely used in building energy-saving projects, cold storage construction, roof insulation, wall insulation, pipe insulation repair, tank insulation, and industrial thermal insulation applications.
